im really surprised I know this and you don't: on subarus, if you floor the accelerator while cranking, it deactivates the spark plugs, so you dont have to pull the crank sensor

So I understand it’s basically the same thing. But why unplug the crank sensor and not just press brake and throttle 100% to prime the oil. What’s the difference?
