I have had many electric Jacks on trailers. They all drew moisture in them and ruined contacts, and terminals. Even sprayed them with 100 % silicone spray. Still issues. I switched to the ultimate jack sold at tractor supply, never any more issues. No battery or electrical needed. 3 turns on jack and the pull of a button. Would highly recommend them.
