Dog owners need to be severely fined for not picking up their dog poops and if they don’t pay it, their dogs should be taken away!! I also think the city where there is no grass is not meant to have dogs! Dogs should be banned unless people can afford to buy a house with a backyard!

I’m going to say something controversial. NYC is not a place for dogs or at least not that many. I understand dog lovers but the infrastructure of the city diminishes the quality of life for them esp w colder weather

I’m a dog owner, I’ve been climbing on the snow mounds bc that’s where my dog will go at this point and picking it up. There’s really no excuse as to why you can’t take 30 seconds to clean up after your dog 😭
