Here’s what the numbers show 👇 • Closed sales up 43% year over year • January alone saw 68 closings, nearly a 62% jump from last year • Inventory rose 29%, with 103 new listings added • December closings were also up 23.5% While Central Ohio overall stayed relatively flat at 1,504 closed sales in January, Hilliard clearly outpaced the broader market. Regionwide snapshot: • Inventory: 4,164 homes • Supply: about 1.7 months • Median list price: $325,000 (+4.8%) • Median sales price: $319,900 (+6.7%) • Days on market: up to 48 days Translation?
