Happy April!! 🐰🌈🌷✨ Giant bunny cookie 🍪 Recipe: • ½ cup butter • ¾ cup brown sugar • ¼ cup granulated sugar • 1 egg • 2 tsp vanilla extract • 1 ⅓ cups all- purpose flour • ½ tsp baking soda • pinch of salt • ½ cup chocolate chips • ¾ cup chocolate candies (I used a mix of Easter M&M's and mini Cadbury eggs) 1. Preheat oven to 350°. Spray your silicone mold with a non-stick cooking spray. Set aside. 2. Add the melted butter and sugars to a bowl. Mix until well combined. 3. Add the egg and vanilla, mix well until combined. 4. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. 5. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix until just combined. 6. Add and gently fold in the chocolate chips and candies. 7. Transfer cookie dough into the prepared silicone mold, smooth the top with an offset spatula. 8. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown. 9. Remove from the oven, let cool for about 15 minutes before flipping it onto a serving tray/ plate. It should come right out since the mold was prepped. 10.
