I just wanna make sure I heard it right about the measurements. Is that 100 grams starter, 510 grams flour, 390 grams water, 10 grams salt ?

I can’t seem to get it right. I use the same measurements but my dough never bulk ferments correctly and become super sticky and my loaf comes out dense.

Making this minus the raisins today ! Made the paste (added a tad bit of vanilla extract in the paste ) and it’s cold fermenting overnight. Will bake early in the morning I’m going to bring half to a friend I’m meeting up with as long as it looks ok 😂 I’m still at the point where I’m not confident as far as giving a whole one without cutting into it first ! 🤣
