I’ve watched quite a few films with my (adult) son that he’s been very quiet during. We also watched Heated Rivalry together and he got all miffed because I kept awwwing at the characters as if they were my children whenever things got emotional.

I watched heated rivalry with my gay son. Loved it! Neither of us were uncomfortable. I have since read the entire book series and rewatched more times than I can count!
