wobinn :

hey guys. i am currently on an air canada flight to jamaica, and this flight was scheduled to leave around 7:30 am. it is now 2:02 pm and we are still in canada. this airline has had very many problems like this in the past, and i do not recommend this airline. all of the two flights ive taken on this airline have both been delayed massively as well. please save your money, or pick another airline.

Kaleb Crosby :

can you bring back service to KROC?

HELP ME. I have been trying to get on to a customer service representative to get a refund for a flight that I did not take. The app refused to let me cancel or rebook. I visited the counters in Trinidad and Houston but no agent assisted me. I was given a card to call. I have been calling, sending emails, posting on social media platforms for 3 months but no help is being provided. Chatbots have me on hold for hours before hanging up on me. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME AND HELP ME. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

I was just rudely hung up on by customer service center after waiting on hold for 2 hours about my seat confirmation. Is there a number I can call to speak to a manager?

Jack miller :
