You can plan all you want for who you think your ICP will be. Then the market will most likely prove your hypothesis wrong, tell you who you actual customer base will be, and you need to be flexible and start catering to who is actually buying your product.

Now that the market is showing you interest - imagine what you can do when you niche down on those who ACTUALLY convert - so please either focus on SAS or Product based only. Change all your messaging for them and you’re going to build 5-10x faster. (Your marketing isn’t wrong - your predictive niche was - you predicted that “service” are your clients and market - real customers - are showing you otherwise!) Hope this help.
