I have been in that position, or I’ve experienced it many times, when I couldn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. Truly, only someone who has been in that kind of pain, feeling lost, not knowing how you will get through each day, living with a pain that is unbearably intense, can understand it. I’m still fighting, even after all these years, but I haven’t given up. I keep pushing for my family, and the exercises have helped me, but I still have a long way to go.

I recently rehurt my back. And for a few days I thought that I can’t do this for the rest of my life. And told my sister I can understand why people have chronic pain end it.
