Okay, so the first time I attempted to shift I was following a meditation and during the countdown I felt the symptoms of shifting specifically the high vibration and the floaty feeling which is great, but then I felt out of body and thought "Oh my God I'm sleeping on the ceiling I'm sleeping on the ceiling!! I need to tell (best friend name)!" I got so excited I fell back in my current reality 😩
