In the past couple of months I have been on the hunt for the best heating pad to relieve my low back soreness and muscle tension and have been loving the @sunbeam_us ConformHeat Heating Pad. My favorite way to use it is in combination with mobility exercises and a couple hours before bed to help prevent charlie horses. I find that this heating pad is more flexible than the other ones I have tried because it has light weight beads that shape to any area for optimal heat transfer. Please please make sure you’re adding a damp towel between the body and the dry heat of a heating pad. Dry heat can aggravate inflammation but a physical therapist would know to only use wet/damp heat I hope.
