If you want to stop the symptom, take cortisone cream, if you want to stop the cause, become carnivore and raise your D3 to around 100ng/ml. 10,000IU per day is good along with many other supplements that are needed along with it, lots of water, good sleep, get out in the Sun, avoiding negative emotions and exercise.
