When aqua marine cream just got launched, it was claimed to be fungal acne safe & non-comedogenic. Thats why I bought it. However turns out that it contains Cetyl alcohol (fungal acne trigger & comedogenic component) and Caprilic Triglyceride (potential FA trigger) which caused me a lot of texture on my skin.
