I typically use daycare guidelines. So I assume once every 2 hours, plus 2-3 extra for poop or delay. I have never run out that way.

1 diaper for every hour you’re be gone if you’re gone for an evening. Otherwise, i buy the big box and I just pack a half sleeve of diapers for a weekend, for a week I just bring the whole big sleeve

Hi! I have 2 kids and have been traveling with them cross country since they were 6 weeks old. (I live 2000 miles away from my parents and yes my parents also come see us but I like going home) I bring 1 diaper per hour of travel plus two extra 🤣 that method has never failed me before lol

I use the child care rule of every 2 hours is a diaper change with an extra one per every 4th hour for bm's.
