I dont understand why they don't allow you to reply to their message asking for evidence. you need to go round the houses and message via the help centre, then search for the affected sale. annoying.

First time i used a padded mailer (for a book), evri chewed it up like F - a collectors book ruined just like that. I’ll be continuing to use my grey trusty mailers😅😅😅
