not true. my mom died when I was 14. when the state gave me away I didn't even get to take photos all I had was an obituary photo. im 34 now. Last night I dreamt about her and I got to see her fully and hear her voice not the photo I was given ( by my 8th grade teacher from the newspaper) but her before she got sick or older like it never touched her . she was in her 40s but she looked healthy so healthy she would live to she 50 or even 100 . I love those dreams. they are rare but I remember them all in such detail

I can totally relate. I almost have forgotten my mother’s voice. My friends who remember her, that’s the first thing they say about her. It’s her voice was so distinct.

March 28th it will be 3 years without her. I still have her 2022 Christmas whatsapp voice note. The last sweet message before she got sick and died. technology keeps changing, I dont know how to store it for the future.
