@jayprehistoricpets: Striped Hyena up close😳🐺 Most people don’t realize how unique these guys really are 👀 While I’m feeding him you can see just how big their jaws are and trust me they are built to crush bones like it’s nothing 🤯 Those stripes and that big mane aren’t just for looks either 🙌 When they feel threatened they can raise that mane to make themselves look way bigger 😅 They’re mostly scavengers but they are way smarter than people give them credit for and play a huge role in keeping ecosystems clean 💪 Getting to interact with them like this and learn more about them was too much fun 🤩🔥
