I low-key understand, since Levi's last connection to Erwin was basically Zeke, as it was his final order from Erwin to kill the Beast Titan, so you can basically say Zeke and him are bound together in a way.

I think it was more he realized that his purpose had wrapped himself up in a nice little bow and was calling for his own execution for the greater good. he hated Zeke because he murdered his friends. but obviously AOT is more complex than that. Zeke wanted the rumbling to end. Zeke went against Eren, Eren who Levi basically is raised, Eren who Levi is also actively trying to kill but doesn't hate. yet in the end they still all wanted to make the world better even if they all had different views. no one was smart enough to do it though because we are human ✌️😮‍💨

Arguably you can say the look is half disbelief in the fact that Zeke actually offered his head, kind of realizing Zeke offered his life as a final act of kindness, an apology for all he’s done (now I mean it’s nowhere NEAR enough of an apology but it’s definitely there and deep down I think Levi solemnly appreciated it) Zevi is such an interesting dynamic to me, it doesn’t actually have to be in a couple kind of way but there’s definitely just..
