I just lost my twins at 10 weeks and while it’s not my first loss, this was the most impactful one…I know what you’re feeling. Why can terrible humans have and abuse their kids but we struggle to get pregnant, and when we do, carrying is hard too. So much love to you. May Jesus hold you and heal your heart my friend.

I really think we need to normalise feelings of anger, frustration and sadness when we are on an infertility journey. It’s normal for us to be hurt when those around us are getting pregnant. We are not hating on them for being pregnant, we are hating on being infertile and suffering in silence. When we look at stages of grief, it’s completely normal to go through all the stages, including sadness and anger. Infertility is a journey of grief. We are grieving what we wish would happen, grieving what we have lost, grieving that it’s so hard when for others is so easy and even unwanted at times. Just because it’s been apart of our life for a long time, doesn’t make it any easier to process the emotions. I love that you speak openly and honestly, not only raising awareness but being a pillar of support for others on the same journey. You’re mostly so positive despite your journey and you acknowledge all the true and raw feelings. You let others know that sometimes it’s okay to not be okay when on this journey but you show how important it is to acknowledge and process those feelings. I do wish you all the best on this journey, hopefully a BFP coming your way with a healthy sticky little babe. Sending all the baby dust xx

When I was ttc and experiencing loss and infertility I talked about this anger to my husband and he said “infertility isn’t a punishment because you shouldn’t have kids. Those people should be in jail with no access to children. Infertility is a medical issue. We aren’t being punished” it helped me deal with those emotions a lot

My birth mother used rugs and alcohol all of her 7 pregnancies. Cps took all of her children. I’m trying for my second and I’m have chemicals. It makes me sick and angry.

It’s been 2 years and I’m struggling with bitterness because I was told I’m getting a new niece or nephew on the same day I was testing and crying. I’m so excited for my brother and to have a new one to love but also in the why can’t it be my turn. I’m praying for your positive soon!

I worked at a children's hospital while actively going through IVF. Having to see the parents who were suspected of having harmed their kids killed me. I grew very bitter for awhile.
