Hair volume is cute but mine was flat no matter what products I used 😅 I bought every “volumizing” shampoo and my roots would still look limp by day two. Plus my skin was breaking out and I felt puffy overall. It was frustrating because I thought it was just a hair issue. In a women’s forum I found Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. I’m 29 lbs down now, hair looks fuller, skin clearer, way less bloating. Feels like it starts deeper than products.
