I prepare mine like this, 1/2 cup non fat Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder, 2tbs chia seeds, a dash of cinnamon, and a lil bit of honey if you like. Once I’m ready to eat I add strawberries. It’s very delicious.

I add oats, hemp seed, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and dried cranberries to mine. And I substitute all the dairy with homemade soy milk 😋
