How on earth is paella not gluten-free? It's literally rice, meat, vegetables, broth, and the paella pan. If so, wash the pan right before using it for extra security, but there's no possibility of it not being able to be made gluten-free.

My partner took me on a date once and he had phoned a restaurant to check they had gluten free and vegan as I’m also allergic to dairy and vegetarian. They assured him that they did and it would be okay. They in-fact did not, they only had one fryer so I couldn’t even have just chips. He was so upset that he’d tried to check and it wasn’t right. 😭

I had a burger that was supposed to be gluten free and the bun tasted way too good. turns out I got glutened. I dont have celiac but have ibs so I can not process it and it wasn't a fun night.

I've had that feeling a few times in restaurants. Then it turns out that it wasn't gluten-free. I could taste the soy sauce every time. After that I had it without soy sauce and it was boring 😔

I’m so scared. I’ve been thirteen for a bit and I’m getting back my blood test soon to see if I’m celiac. The last time I have a blood test was in 2022 and I was celiac and I wasn’t told until a couple of weeks ago! So they have had to take another test. I hope everyone is doing ok! 😁
