I also really messed my hair up with bleach last May. I had dyed it black for 6-8 months after being blonde my entire life (naturally) and tried to go back. It has TRULY been a devastating year of hair loss 😭 Pantene has a hair mask that I just got and used today and that breakage has been significantly less than usual. My hair was SO thick before this all. Nobody talks about the journey of snapping spaghetti noodles for months of your hair to resorting it. I’ve had to live with orange-ish hair this entire time and my hair used to be at my waist line. I lost HALF of it 😭

if you have thin fine hair do not brush your hair after oiling the ends! My ends broke so bad trying that with the abbey young method and my wedding is in 5 months 😭

I love lace front synthetic wigs because they hold there color and I put hair wax on my edges to stop glue getting on my natural hair when applying the wig my real hair is now down the middle of my back since wearing wigs and not dying my hair anymore but I still wear wigs for different colors
