That’s not a faja. Faja offers high compression and that is shape wear which is lighter. If you are wearing a faja for medical purposes this won’t help. They do need to come up with a faja like that though.

I buy a faja with a zipper at the V and it works. I don’t know about a slit. The zipper goes from my pelvic bone all the way to my tail bone and never had an accident.
