What really annoys me about the show designs is how he isn't close to the ground anymore 💔 idk why but I love how monstrous nightmares scitter around like a gecko but in the shows he just stands, if that makes sense

he learned to be calmer and he feels more safe, since he had to fight for his life all the time I assume. little space like those cages makes animals aggressive and feel threatened, lack of space and moving plus starvation, could get an animal to be desperate

He didn’t have to live in fear. Captivity can do a lot of damage to the mind and body in not just humans but animals. Also can we please talk about how gentle he became? That means Snotlout taught him how to be that way and that’s adorable.
