Nailed it once again. I have no idea what my body will be capable of or when but I’ve just started to underestimate it in every situation.

I have fshd MD. Sometimes when going upstairs (my left leg is super weak) I’ll put my right leg up and in then in a hurry I’ll try to step up with my left leg due to muscle memory and it just doesn’t want to work. Feels like dead weight or it feels like it’s just turned off

I understand this and the opposite, there are certain steps in my house I always think I can’t step and feel anxious but when I just do it I realize how easy that was, it’s the fear of not making it

idky this reminded me of this but I finally started dreaming in my current physical state as opposed to dreaming like I'm still the "old Beth". The dreams in between getting to this point were intense to say the least. Did you know the more still you are while sleeping, the more you dream?🫠

Yeppp. Like I’m so painfully hyperaware of the progressiveness but blissfully unaware all at once.

I wish I understood it when I was your age. Not to mention wish the doctors did. ❤️❤️

Wild, I’ve never heard anyone describe my body before! I don’t think I’ve described it, this way either! On Point, Thank You so much 😊

I feel you ❤️I feel much anxiety. And the tightness around my knees like they try to hold it all together. And the pain, yes 😔 Sometimes i actually forget I am disabled because I am in an hurry and after 10 seconds I have to turn around and grab my cane and be like “wow, I’m grateful for this moment bc I forgot I am disabled even if it is just for a short moment”.
