JetBlue is also the only airline that doesn’t overbook flights, makes it stress free that you will have a guaranteed seat on a full flight

This is so relatable from the aisle seat preference to being nervous about the carry ons lol! Something that helped me a lot with my flight anxiety is Tom Bunn’s book “SOAR” and the app “DARE” where I listen to meditations to calm me down

I haven’t gone on a plane ✈️in over 20 years I have bad anxiety and claustrophobia dying to go on a trip I usually go on cruises 🚢 cuz it’s not in a tight area but my anxiety takes over me any
