Hi! I love your content, but just wanted to say the IUD should sit up near the top of the uterus (fundus) you might able to feel the strings in the cervix but the IUD itself should be placed up higher! Only saying this as an ultrasound tech, who scans a lot of IUD and have learned about their positioning! :)
