It's connected to the phone number. That uhaul is shady. I worked for UHaul until last August. We didn't even check the E.C. Just the person renting, or anyone driving the truck.

UHaul rents trucks or used to rent trucks to ICE ....they have lost a lot of business. I WILL NOT USE UHAUL OR PENSKE EVER AGAIN. You're absolutely right about how absurd this new policy is.
