It certainly is ‘provocative’ they’re there to ‘wind-up’ whoever they can! The mask of informative for their viewers is a cover for ‘let me try and put those in their place!’ Sooner, or later they’ll be stopped because there will be a law in place to stop them! This is the only reason they do it! It’s a reactionary operation

my uncle was chief inspector and he hated the police, many story of abusive and corrupt police, no matter who the cameraman is ,its what he represents, he's a member of public flying a drone legally. they should never even approach him, knowing he's not committing a crime, and in the end they try to belittle him and his channel, this could be any of us
