I'm waiting for my date for my hysterectomy because after 25+ of Endo I now have adenomyosis, uterine fibroids and polyps .... I'm excited and nervous!

I'm scheduled tomorrow for my total hysterectomy due to adenomyosis and being "littered" with fibroids 🥴 so nervous but hoping everything goes well... oddly enough we only found these issues because of severe low back and leg pain and realized all my other symptoms that I thought were normal are not.

This was my favorite surgery, the first doctor I went to wanted to put me on birth control pills, which doesn't work, second doctor diagnosed me with adenomyosis.

I've had everything taken out and a year later all still going ok 🤞🏼 I had endo, adeno, fibroids, ovarian endometriomas, bleeding fallopian tubes 🙄🙄

I had Adeno and my abdomen feels so much better now that my uterus is gone. I asked them to take one ovary too because ovulation was horrendous on that side. Don't get me wrong, it hurts on the other side too sometimes, but its much more tolerable now.
