Frying the tortillas makes them hold up but It’s so time consuming which is why I never make enchiladas. 😭 make a casserole with chilaquiles chips from the Mexican grocery store! It’s so much easier!

Wrap your tortillas and a damp paper towel cover them and then stick them in a gallon sized baggie. Don’t seal it but just fold it over and microwave for 60 seconds they will not crack 🙌🏻🥰

If your tortilla’s still fall apart, just put them back in the microwave for another minute or so, it just means they weren’t heated through enough. Or if you have time, you can lightly fry them in oil to soften them as well
