@aguyandagolden: Ten Minutes with Teddy (Part 1) 🤍 Today starts a new daily series dedicated to my best friend. Every day, whether it’s a reel, a photo, or just a story, I’m going to share ten intentional minutes (or more) I spent with my dog. A few weeks ago it really hit me how busy life has gotten. We work a lot. Some days are so full I forget to eat, let alone slow down and just be present. Then Teddy looked up at me, those golden whiskers slowly turning gray, and it reminded me how fast time is moving. One day, hopefully way down the road, he won’t be here. I don’t ever want to look back wishing I had focused more on what truly mattered. The skits and funny videos aren’t going anywhere, but this series is about Teddy just being a dog and us simply having fun together. Sunsets, sunrises, car rides, visiting his favorite people, doing his favorite things. It’s my digital scrapbook with my soul dog. We hope you follow along. #TenMinutesWithTeddy
