I have been working on this myself. My mind wants to analyze what is going on and forecast the future, then make a plan to deal with the that future. The flaw in this is that the future is unpredictable and changing rapidly. What my solution is to not allow myself to plan- just remind myself that I have the skills to deal with whatever comes up as it happens. This creates calm space to work in the present
