I feel that the tattoo artist made a mistake by taking legal action against WWE and take two. As having a tattoo(s) in both tv/film/videogames is a huge flex and can boost the tattooist career.

tattoos are part of one's image and cannot really be copyrighted. The only time they are removed from video games are if they are actually tied to an existing property such as multiple CM Punk tattoos (GI Joe and Pepsi) or Braun Strowman's Superman tattoo
