SPREAD THE GOSPEL: (Psalm 34:18) "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted." God will always be near you when you need Him most and at your lowest point. Don't give up. No matter how difficult life gets, God has a plan for you, and I promise He will heal you. Just put everything in His hands. The rapture is going to happen, whether it's today, tomorrow, or centuries from now. It's drawing near; the prophecies of the Bible are coming alive. Repent and believe, Jesus is the Messiah. He will forgive you, accept you. Accept all His children. Believe in Him, repent, forgive your neighbors. Love everyone, even if they do things you don't agree with. Jesus would want you to forgive them, as He does. Forgive each and every one. It's not too late to repent. I'm not forcing my religion, I just want to see you all in heaven. In the name of Jesus we say?

ad I thought I was doing everything right. Living with a chronic illness means I have to be careful where I spend my energy, and when it came to showering, I already had adaptations in place. I used a shower chair, took my time and often rested afterwards. But even then, it would still completely wipe me out. I knew showers were exhausting, but I didn't realize how much energy they were costing me. That's when I started using @visible.health and began to notice a pattern. Every time I showered, especially if I washed and dried my hair as well, it had a much bigger impact on my body than I realized. That doesn't mean showers suddenly became a problem. It means that I finally understood the impact they were having. Once I recognized that pattern, I started making changes. It means planning a shower for a day when I have less on and asking for help with washing and drying my hair. A shower still takes a lot of energy from me, but it takes a lot less than it used to.And because I'm spending less energy on things like showering, I have more energy available for the things that matter most to me. Visible helped me understand how different activities affect my body so I can make more informed decisions about where I'm spending my energy. And if you're living with a chronic illness and struggling to understand what might be contributing to your crashes, Visible could help you spot patterns you might otherwise miss too. What's one everyday task that takes more energy than people realize? Let me know in the comments. #ChronicIllnessLife #InvisibleDisabilities #DisabilityAwareness
