I’m trying to understand we can’t evict ppl out of a residence forcefully but can go into a gated community and take a car not in your possession? So if I have the keys to a house I can have it out throw wrongful ppl out?

yeah y'all failed to mention that although there was no threat directed at the charter school (PreK-8, might I add) MPD FAILED to alert the school so they could take proper safety precautions even IF the suspect felt like he wanted to do a bit more damage.
