I don’t shower in the AM either. They don’t really wake me up, they make me sleepy. I also just could not bring myself to be wet and cold in the mornings. I already don’t want to go to work as it is 😂

Showering isn’t universal but rather personal preference. What works for one person, doesn’t for another and that’s perfectly fine. I like to shower in the evening as well. Anyways, I like to watch Shredhappens for recipes.

Try checking out The English Kitchen blog (she’s Canadian). She has lots of simple recipes for 1-2 people and used to be a personal chef so the recipes are good.
