The reality is we received a stable state with a working education system, a working health system, a stable housing and quality housing system, a working developmental system where kids was involved sports & cultural programs from government, industrialized and working government own entities eg telkom, eskom, metro rail etc. the ANC stile so much that all those functional organizations which gave us social and economic development are all gone. the only import that are most in demand is drugs and guns which made readily available. Now maintaining law and order a failed judicial system and a over crowded prison system. I grew up in the 80's and 90's in the 2000's we went into an apocalypse on the Cape Flats
