I can't thank you enough for this video. I bought this, got it yesterday. Been trying to figure out how to use it. And I love it, I was getting ready to return it, because I couldn't figure it out. It just wasn't working for me, but thank you for posting this video. I have soft curls, which I like soft. I don't like tight curls, and this is perfect again. Thank you for your help.
