I know you're getting a ton of criticism already so I'm not meaning to pile on, but I just wanna explain why those criticisms are true in case that may help understand how to improve the tank cause I know understanding the nuance is important for a lot of people (Also lmk if you want me to help you build a better tank)! 1. There being too much food: As food is broken down, it releases ammonia, which is toxic to fish. The smaller your tank is, the more prone to an ammonia bomb it is and this much food in that small of a tank will nuke it fast. 2. The tank is too small: Bettas are intelligent animals that require a lot of enrichment to be happy and need space to exercise to be physically healthy. Additionally keeping healthy water parameters in small tanks like this is nearly impossible because of how drastically it will fluctuate. 3. The decorations are bad: The mushroom doesn't look sharp at least, but painted decorations are known to loose paint over time, which can be potentially toxic over time. The glass beads are too smooth to allow proper bacterial growth to help filter ammonia, so your tank will never be fully cycled without a better substrate (unpainted pebbles or sand, which you can get about 50lbs of either for $6 at lowes as long as you rinse it out real good). 4. Bowls are bad: No matter how spacious the bowl, they negatively impact a bettas vision because of the way they bend light, which can lead to both physical and mental stress. 5. No heater, filter, or bubbler : Bettas are tropical animals that require warm temperatures. If you were cold 24/7 it's inevitable that you're going to catch something and that you're going to be uncomfortable all the time. The filter is important because it cleans the water and helps agitate it to prevent too much biofilm build up. Bubblers help oxygenate the water and agitate it as well. You can usually combine filter and bubbler with a sponge filter, which also happens to be the safest filter for bettas, makes sure you have stable healthy bacteria, and is the cheapest cause you don't ever have to replace cartridges.
