Just give your hair a break, trust me. The colours will wash out, use treatments and then go a really good salon and get a professional job. But I’d give it a few months to recover

Btw the feet bags that „absorb toxins” are scam. They turn yellow and green after contact with liquid (your feet sweat) but if you put normal water on it they will turn green too.

Hairdresser here- do not use k18 or olaplex more than once every 2-3 weeks. Too much protein will make your hair break off. Do not go to random cheap salons and expect the same skill level as high end salons. It’s a lot of work and time and money to become a skilled hairdresser.
