the k18 leave in mask literally saved my hair when it was breaking off. shampoo ur hair, don’t use conditioner. use like 3 pumps, rub it in your hands. use it on ur ends to ur roots. let it sit for 4 mins. after that you can use whatever hair products u normally use!

You can use the oil every time you wash your hair it won’t harm it at all, it’s actually recommended, for the mask every 3-4 washes and for the shield it’s okay to use every was as well

on the instructions it explains how to use and anything that says repair or protein don’t use it all the time because you can over protein your hair and it will break

for the mask shampoo ur hair & towel dry it & then apply the mask & let it sit for 4 mins!! then you can condition and do every thing as normal, don’t condition before applying the mask or it won’t do anything!!

for k18 u cant use conditioner before using it, but if u shampoo twice and then leavethe masknin for 10 min u can use conditioner after that bc its already absorbed js dont use conditioner before!

my hair was horrible while i was blonde bc of our water actually. i went back brunette but i let all the blonde grow out first, get biotin mask, i try homemade a lot of the time n it makes my hair feel AMAZING. oil after showers on ur ENDS. n leave it ALONEEEEE you’ll see the most growth once you stop caring abt it i promise lol

I have naturally fine hair so my hair has never been great but I started doing a few things like once a week. Oiling my roots once a week, hair mask once a week. I started blow drying my hair on the medium heat every time I wash it, and I put in leave in conditioner and use a microfiber towel to get out water before I blow dry it. I put oil on my ends before I put it in a bonnet at night. So far so good for me. I use try to use everything in moderation, except the oil on the ends of course

The oil from personal experience don't use more then 1 drop mix it with a moisturizing oil for all threw out I found when I put more drops all over my hair it DRIED it out and broke off a lot more because it's a protein oil not moisture oil

Honestly it so worth it I have just started like 2 months ago !! And I have super curly hair and bad breakage! I started off with the mini kits to try them out ! Then I started to see progress so I bought the bigger bottles ! I still have the mini bottles they last awhile bc ur not supposed to use the products a lot. It’s like every 3-4 washes is what I do and what I was told! But highly recommend!
