Honestly, I probably was 🙈 And you know what, that’s how it should be!  I’m proud of all my cake creations - including my ‘rustic’ beginner creations.  Because at the time, they looked beautiful to me. Of course I knew I could improve but I still remember being very proud of my work and seeing progress every time. And that’s what matters.
