@maddies.r.us: I use them anytime I am on a computer, working in the office, or reading my kindle (and sometimes while using my phone). For context, our office environment gives EVERYONE headaches. I am regularly offering up medicine to folks. These glasses have made a noticeable difference for me in terms of fatigue and headaches! It also has made it more manageable to actually continue to look at a screen or stay in the office while experiencing a migraine or headaches!!!
