Request a breathalyzer test. I had to do it once when a cop did an eye test on me said my eyes were bouncing around and that only happens when you’re drunk. I hadn’t touched a drop of alcohol told him that and said breathalyze me. He didn’t, but he did the test again and he said I passed it, the same test he had just said I failed telling me I’m drunk, until I requested to be breathalyzed.
