Katz is definitely overpriced but the pickles and pastrami is also the best I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t go there on my lunch break or whatever but would go back every once in a while.

I worked on a project with Buddy. You should see their offices! There are GIGANTIC FRAMED PHOTOS of him EVERYWHERE!! 😂 Like… EVERYWHERE! His office is deep dark wood and a comically giant desk. It’s so fucking ridiculous 😂

I was so irritated with Carlos‘s bakery. I used their computer to do my order, and ordered a variety pack of cannolis and lobster tails. Only to be told after I paid that they are out of lobster tails and have been for months. They wouldn’t substitute it for anything but more cannolis. So I ended up with a butt load of cannolis. On his show, he said he was known for the lobster tails, so why would he be out of them for that long? And if you’re out of them, take it off the menu so people don’t pay for it

Katz is tourist trap big time, there’s no need for line at 3 pm it’s not lunch or dinner time, it’s a show making the place is busy, the guy making the sandwich keeps talking to the customer if he stop talking and focus on making the sandwich, the lines won’t exist

I’d get on a plane right now to go back to Gallaghers.. the food and in particular, the service, was amazing! And next door to a hotel with a rooftop bar.. happy days 👌
