@christianpoulos: Most guys hear “peptides” and think it’s one thing that does everything. It’s not. Some help your body repair beat-up tissue. 
Some help you recover better by nudging your own growth hormone. 
Some just make it easier to not overeat. 
Some are more long-term for skin, hair, or cellular energy. Completely different tools. Same bucket. Where people mess this up is treating them like a shortcut instead of something you layer in once the basics are handled. If your training is random, your sleep is all over the place, and your nutrition is inconsistent… you won’t get much out of any of this. When everything underneath is dialed in, though, peptides can actually move things faster in a noticeable way. That’s the difference.
