Just look at the increase the last two years in property insurance, property taxes, and utilities. 11% might be an understatement when factoring the cost of repairs and labor now.

Yeah and now he’s talking about 9.5% property tax. People’s rent ain’t getting frozen. It’s gonna get obliterated! And when all those landlords decide to sell, I don’t even want to think about what New York City is gonna look like.. hope people got their tent all geared up..
